How are you?

Past experiences, life stresses, relationship struggles and challenges at work impact many different areas of your life and what you get out of it. Anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns can sometimes seem manageable, however there may come a time when you might need support.  I  can provide a trustworthy and welcoming space to explore and develop your feelings and emotions and start process past and current experiences. Whilst also offering strategies to help you. Whether you are overwhelmed, something has happened recently or you have been struggling for a while, counselling can help you grow and lead to a more fulfilled, positive life and outlook.

About me

I trained as a humanistic integrative counsellor.  This means I pull on a variety of different methods and modalities to best support you in an individual and unique way. 

Ideally, we would start with a free ‘initial session’ this can be done over the phone and gives us both an insight into what it might be like to work with each other. This brief interaction also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have. 

As we start to build our relationship as our sessions begin, I will create a warm safe environment where hopefully you will feel comfortable and safe to explore what’s on your mind.
